No, all charges are already in our quotation which basically is based on your request. However, if you change your booking date and it falls on the weekend, and then yes,
additional charges maybe applicable.
Yes, you may change your booking date at least two weeks prior to your previous booking and it will be subject to our availability. Do not hesitate to let us know if there is any issue or
drawback.
It is depending on many factors. Below are some which need to be taken into account:
i) Type of the premise
ii) Type of service required
iii) Quantity of items
iv) Size and weight of the item (heavy/large item may take a longer time to move)
v) Residential support and accessibility (loading bay, cargo lift, etc.)

Step 2: For booking confirmation, kindly confirm the quotation by replying on the initial email sent.
Step 3: An invoice will be issued and sent to you for payment process. Our bank details are mentioned on the bottom-left of the invoice.
Once you receive our invoice, you have to make a deposit before the job is carried out and the balance needs to clear before the job is completed unless credit term has been established. We do accept cash, credit card, cheque or online transfer to our bank account.
All prohibited and illegal items such as drugs, weapons and live animals. We encourage our customer to carry your own valuable belongings such as money, jewelry, personal documents, etc.
Yes, you may use your own packing materials. Kindly let us know during the quotation process.
